By accessing or using the Platinum Dermatology Partners website located at www.platinumderm.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site. Platinum Dermatology Partners (“PDP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
2. No Medical Services Provided
The Site is an informational and corporate website for Platinum Dermatology Partners, a dermatology practice management organization. The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on this Site — including text, graphics, images, and other materials — is for general informational purposes only.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare provider directly. Nothing on this Site establishes a physician-patient relationship between you and PDP or any of its affiliated practices or physicians.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that PDP is not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
PDP does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. PDP does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLATINUM DERMATOLOGY PARTNERS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PDP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PDP’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platinum Dermatology Partners, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. HIPAA Disclaimer
Platinum Dermatology Partners and its affiliated practices comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This Site is not intended for the transmission of protected health information (PHI). If you need to communicate sensitive health information, please contact your provider’s office directly through secure channels. Do not submit PHI through the Site’s general contact forms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the provision.
13. Termination
PDP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without prior notice, for conduct that PDP believes violates these Terms or is harmful to PDP, its users, or third parties.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Platinum Dermatology Partners regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
