GARY MCCRACKEN, MD

A board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Gary McCracken founded Center for Dermatology & Plastic Surgery in 2000. Since 2005, Dr. McCracken has been ranked as one of Arizona’s top dermatologists by Phoenix Magazine twelve times. He specializes in general and cosmetic dermatology, skin cancer surgery, and is well known for his vast knowledge, and personalized care and attention to patients.

Dr. McCracken received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Creighton University and his Medical Doctorate from Creighton School of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he also served as Chief Resident, and he completed a residency and board-certification in internal medicine, along with a yearlong clinical research fellowship in dermatology at Emory University in Atlanta, one of the most prestigious dermatology departments in the nation.
