ESTELLE AGOH

Ms. Estelle Agoh is a seasoned healthcare Compliance leader with experience in building Compliance Programs from the ground up. She oversees Compliance at Platinum with a unique and inclusive approach to support all business units and practices effectively.

She brings 15 years of experience in auditing and monitoring, and not only does she focus on establishing policies and procedures as a baseline for Compliance effectiveness, but she also prioritizes high training retention and ensures successful standard processes implementation companywide. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance with a Master’s in Business Administration, and her mission is to collaborate with employees to ensure Platinum has an unparalleled Compliance culture.

With a diverse healthcare background and a result-oriented mindset, she is a servant leader with knowledge both from the payor side with Medicare and the provider side with Baylor Scott & White emergency centers/micro-hospitals, supply-chain, durable medical equipment and risk adjustment organizations and more.

Estelle is very passionate about Culture and Operational Excellence and has historically referred to her Compliance Officer role as “Compliance Friend” because she strongly believes that Compliance is an essential partner and protector and should not be feared.
