Michael Pennington is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Platinum Dermatology Partners where he oversees all strategic, operating and growth matters while working to build an organization distinguished by its alignment with the highest quality physicians.

Mr. John Walker brings extensive experience in finance, business development, operations and strategy execution to Platinum Dermatology Partners.

Dr. William Posten is a board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs micrographic surgeon practicing in Dallas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Harvard University and his Medical Doctorate from Yale University.

As Senior Vice President of Revenue Management, Rob Surdek is responsible for overseeing the daily revenue cycle management, credentialing and managed care contracting functions of Platinum Dermatology Partners.

Grizelda Altamirano serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Platinum Dermatology Partners where she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations for all of our clinic locations.

Angie Noel serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Platinum Dermatology Partners. She is responsible for leading all aspects of talent management and HR operations while supporting Platinum’s culture of excellence.
